Luxury real estate provider Vawter Group needed to reach beyond traditional toolkit to promote new offerings, enhance customer engagement and boost loyalty to online assets, all while adhering to the brand. Nervewire’s approach included a Facebook fan page, a customized internally oriented site to showcase properties and a social-media-enabled video. The team also integrated its Twitter feed with the newly YouTube channel and social channel footprint. The campaigns grew the Facebook audience by more than 600%, unified and expanded the social presence and greatly enhanced communication processes through the internal social site.
